She weaves poetry, intentional journaling, creative essays, and memoir writing into her daily life to create a living, breathing practice of self-discovery and connectedness.
Jillian is a loving mother and an enthusiastic hockey mom who also has a passion for cooking and hosting gatherings. She finds solace in nature, whether it's hiking, watching beach sunrises and sunsets on the bay, fishing, or enjoying the tranquility of being on a boat.
Jillian is passionate about helping others unlock their potential by going inward and connecting with the deep sense of purpose, meaning, and Love that resides within.
Daria Davenport
Daria has been on her mat for 22 years and counting and gives much credit to the practice for bringing her out of darkness countless times. Her desire to energetically connect with all living beings began when she was very young and is deeply rooted in nature. From the tiniest ant to the tallest mountain, she lives in awe of creation and does her best to respect all forms of life. Navigating through the dark, the light, and everything in between with a very demonstrative approach to life eventually led her to her true calling.
With a childlike nature, Daria sees the humor, beauty, and magic that come with each sunrise and chooses to live a life of gratitude, love, grit and determination. Nothing is too big or scary when you show up authentically to walk your path.
To say that Yoga is her passion is an understatement, as it is her very essence. And sharing the practice as a teacher, her second greatest joy. Her first, being the mother of two beautiful little girls. You can find her most days of the week at Life Time Fort Washington, where she teaches various forms of Yoga, breath work and meditation, and also leads 200 hour Yoga Teacher Courses. Daria’s knowledge extends well beyond the physical asana practice.
